Motivation To Lose Weight

 

This seminar is different. It explains why most people fail to lose weight and/or keep it off. Clive's research over 20 years shows 100% of people are motivated by the wrong factors and most have the wrong attitude to achieving their goals.

It is a well known fact that most people who go on a diet and achieve their target weight will put all the weight back on – and often more - within approximately 12 months of completing their diet. While most people can lose weight, they have a lot of trouble keeping it off.

Would you like to lose weight - and keep it off – without buying expensive meals and supplements? You can.

Take a moment to answer the following:

  • Do you go on a diet?
  • Do you eat three or less meals a day?
  • Do you regularly overeat?
  • When you stop dieting, do you put the weight back on?
  • Do you eat when stressed or bored?
  • Do you eat for comfort?
  • Do you weigh yourself?
  • Do you exercise less than three times a week?
  • Looking at yourself in the mirror – naked - would you describe yourself in a negative way, eg fat, overweight, ugly or disgusting?

If you answer “yes” to any of these, you may have much trouble keeping the weight off. Doing most of these can even stop you from losing weight.

There are a lot of factors that contribute to weight loss. These include healthy eating, exercise and positive thinking. We incorporate all into what we call a “Healthy Life Plan”.

This is no “quick fix”. It is a plan that will not only help you achieve your goal, it will help you maintain it.
