While statistics say depression affects one in four people, in real terms it affects every person. One in four people may seek medical help while the others will mull their way through it.

Depression affects people of all ages. Children as young as 6 years of age are taking anti-depressants.

The aim of this webinar is to identify what causes depression (the triggers) and some of the ways available to help overcome it.

This webinar will look at depression differently in that it will give you some information very few people know about.
